Three apps with different purposes
Daya
Daya is an iPhone period tracker with a menstrual calendar, symptom diary and cycle history. Essential tracking is free, with no ads, account or subscription. Cycle data stays on your device. Optional one-time in-app purchases let you support the project.
Tanly
Tanly is an iPhone and iPad app for checking the UV index and forecasts and tracking sun-exposure sessions. It includes a skin profile, duration estimates, a timer and SPF-related reminders. Downloading is free; some features require a subscription. No estimate guarantees risk-free sun exposure.
GlowTrack
GlowTrack is an iPhone app for documenting face and body changes through photos. It organizes progress projects, helps repeat your framing, and provides before-and-after comparisons and timelapse videos. Data is stored locally, with optional iCloud backup. Downloading is free, with premium features offered through subscriptions.
